Mijo! Brands is collaborating with the Russian River Chamber of Commerce, “The Chamber”, to implement a holistic digital strategy to attract new customers to one of California´s favorite leisure destinations. Together, we conducted research to identify key travel trends and 7 customer segments, conceive a digital strategy and build a web portal to respond to each segment´s individual needs.
The Project, launched on 1 May, 2017, has enabled The Chamber´s members to increase visibility while being better able to target specific segments and focus on increasing reservation at member websites. The Chamber extended their reach through the effective promotion of the variety of products, services and the geographic and cultural attributes that make the Russian River popular with hipsters, nature buffs and retirees alike.
